i’ve been to bertrand auto body twice now and cannot recommend them enough. i did two mpi claims through them, and both times they were so thorough, considerate, and kind. this last time, i received my car back incredibly quickly with it completely cleaned and wiped down inside and out. i couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thank you!

I went to Bertrand Auto Body & Glass for 2 reasons. Because I love my 2000 Buick Century with 60,000 kms, and because they have a 5 star rating. Well, Dan, Nick & company completely lived up to the hype. Dan was honest, under-promised, and then completely over-delivered. He worked diligently to find uncommon parts to restore my older vehicle, and provided me with updates at every opportunity. I am beyond satisfied with their work, and recommend their services to those who love their vehicle. Thank you for saving my car guys!
Excellent experience! Dan and Nick were both in contact throughout the process, and were very knowledgeable about any questions that I had. They originally quoted me 10 business days to repair/replace almost the entire driver side, but they were done in 8 business days. They even took the extra time to clean the interior. There's a reason why this small St B shop has been around for a long time, they do excellent work.
Dan is a great guy, top notch professional and he does a really very good job. They are kind enough to give me a courtesy car during repair of my car. The job done was excellent quality. And last bu not least, Value for the money, AWESOME! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Bertrand Auto Body.
