Came in this morning. Got a Gold Package. Not sure what i paid for.... the car mats are left soaked and dirty. clearly they did not vaccum as there is crumbs on the seats still, and you can see the carpet beside the mat is dirty as well. pet hair is understandable but the dirt itself is not. dash still dusty, cup holder and doors etc.. I'm very unimpressed. Had i'd known, i would've taken it to a car wash to do myself for half the price and better. I feel like this was a cash grab to be honest!

They used to provide good service, but I am not sure what is happening now. The quality has gone downhill. They did not even vacuum or wipe properly, and the entire service was finished in about 5-7 minutes.

I paid about $45 for the Gold wash at Chamois (including the $36 wash, air freshener, and tax) and it was not worth it at all. The outside of the car looked clean not really but, ACCEPTABLE, but the INSIDE was barely touched. They didn’t wipe the dashboard — all the dust that was there before was still there after. When I opened the trunk to check the vacuuming, they did not vacuum anything, not even a quick pass. The mess inside was exactly the same as before. For a “Gold” package, I expected a proper interior clean. I also don’t think they applied the Ultra/Lustra Shield, but I can’t confirm because there was no visible sign of it. Overall, I didn’t get the value for the price I paid. Very disappointing experience.

the chamois used to be great, but any time I’ve gone recently I’ve been left disappointed. It seems like less and less effort is being put in. The cup holders weren’t cleaned, mat left dirty, and very visible spots left uncleaned (these photos were taken immediately after a gold wash). I will be trying different car washes from now on.

I took my Smart Car Convertible for a wash on Wednesday of last week and asked the woman taking the orders if they could safely do convertibles. She assured me that it would be safe. When the car came out, the front license plate had been torn off, and the convertible top had been pulled up on one side and was jammed. I spoke to a supervisor and she told me at the end of the day she would look in the pit for my license plate and call me. She also told me that I would receive a call from the manager, Ryan the following day which would have been Thursday. By Saturday I had not received a call and so I called them. I spoke to Ryan and he told me he would check it out and call me back. No call. I paid for the Gold Service and besides the damage the car was still filthy inside. Tires not done, and generally a shoddy job. I have taken my other vehicles through over the years and have noticed a steady decline in quality of service and quality of interior and exterior cleaning. After damaging my vehicle, and my repeated calls, they do not have the courtesy to call back. As such, I will have the damage repaired professionally and take them to small claims court. Such a shame because it was a good and reliable business until recently.
