I recently availed the Silver Interior & Exterior package at Chamois and unfortunately I was very disappointed with the service. There was still a lot of dirt left inside the vehicle, and it was obvious that some areas were not cleaned properly. I even had to call them back to re-wipe parts of the interior, but I ended up guiding the staff on what still needed to be cleaned. At one point, the employee even said there was nothing more she could do but I was able to remove the dirt myself using wet wipes. For the price paid, I expected much better attention to detail and quality of service.
