My loan officer with the Gaylord Hansen Team was Garrett Tyler and he is hands down the best in the business. The quality of care shown and the customer service he provided made the entire experience an enjoyable one to say the least. After my first meeting with Garrett I knew I was in good hands. Him and his team worked with such synergy there was never the slightest chance of anything falling through the cracks. They were so well versed and professional that my loan was ready to close well before the close date. I will highly recommend Garrett to anybody looking to buy a home or refinance. 1000/10 for sure!
Jeff was incredible to work with for our home loan, every little question I asked got an extremely detailed response in a short amount of time. Once we started making offers he made every effort to help our offers get accepted and was able to accommodate every request the sellers made in the ultra-competitive market. When our offer did get accepted Christine from the closing team was incredibly responsive and attentive, enabling us to meet the demands of the seller to close escrow in just over 2 weeks. I highly recommend them!
The Gaylord Hansen team was amazing to work with. Professionalism, transparency, and an extreme sense of urgency to do what needs to get done on time. They also have a great portal to upload all necessary documentation to help maintain data security. If I had more stars I would score the company higher. They helped us purchase a dream second home and we couldn't be happier. I've worked with many other lenders in past and these people are by far the best! I won't think twice about working with them again.
This is my first time using Gaylord-Hansen Mortgage, from Reina who I first met was wonderful. She navigated me through my initial paper work and got me pre-approved very quickly. She then handle me off to Christine who finished and guided me through the loan process. Both Reina and Christine were always a phone call away and they are very knowledgeable at their job. This was an amazing team to work with. I highly recommend the Gaylord-Hansen Team for your next mortgage. I would use them again! Excellent service, thank you to the team.
From the beginning to the end of our escrow, everyone on the Gaylord-Hansen Mortgage Team was absolutely amazing! In our previous home purchase, we had a horrible experience with our lender and were very apprehensive going forward. But everyone we worked with (especially Amanda & Asia) was professional, helpful, and always available! We felt supported every step of the way and everyone was just so kind and easy to work with!
