Service at counter Service not welcome. She packed only half of the purchases into my bag then went on to serve another customer before giving the receipt to me without saying anything.

We purchased four water bottles on December 21st and upon returning home (over 2hours away) realised that one was missing the silicone and leaked everywhere. I made contact on the evening of December 23rd, had a response around lunch time on the 24th, a replacement was sent on the 29th and arrived to us yesterday. The service and resolution couldn’t have been better. Especially during the Christmas period. We will definitely return. The bottles are also incredible quality for $20. 100% recommend.
