We can not recommend Melanie enough. We are new clients, and we feel Melanie went above and beyond to help us with our end of year tax return. I've been doing our tax return for a while and haven't had a return as good as this one. From her warm smile to her patience, with the bombardment of questions we had for her, she made use feel comfortable and relax. We are new to the rental market and had a mess of papers which she went through with a fine tooth comb and as it turned out we, after research she had done for us, we had a lot of things wrong, so we could not do much against the rental this year but she gave us great suggestions on changes to make for a better return next year.
