I bought a Sony OLED from GearBroker's eBay store and had a great purchase experience but the TV started developing issues and eventually died on me. Andy stood behind the sale and made things right - even though this was a manufacturer closeout and there was no warranty on the TV. I'm really happy with the service and glad that, without knowing it, I bought from a stand up business.

I would like to share my experience with GearBrokers, they have a Great Customer Service, top rate for guiding me in getting a master series TV !!! The product arrived in 5 days, outstanding packaging of TV on pallet, trucking company helped unload the pallet and I used my dolley to bring it into my house , easy set up and top notch picture, super experience with GB!!!!!!! Would buy again from them and I will tell my friends know about their company a 10 all the way!!!!! Thanks Andy Barnard

Top notch customer service and incredible prices. I purchased an 85" Sony TV from gearbrokers in August 2019. There was an issues with the TV but Andy and Aaron did more than expected to resolve the issue. I can't emphasize how quickly they respond to their emails which really helped with resolving my issues quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

I bought a tv from Gear Brokers, it was delivered as expected and the service I received from Aaron Thomas was outstanding. I had trouble setting up the tv. (Over 60 yo) and one of their techs Adam helped me figure it out and I was s happy customer. They go beyond average expectations for their customers. 5 stars and a pat on the back from me.
