Very unorganized and unprofessional. When I first walked in, I felt comfortable and then I started getting a weird vibe as time went on. There were two ladies in the building to do photos. I booked a rental and I did not understand. The website is kind of confusing, However, I kept getting text messages stating that it was almost time for my session so I thought maybe that it was almost time for my photo shoot. The website seems as if it’s confusing on purpose to get extra money I don’t know but the place seems Money hungry to me I paid $156 and I did take a lot of photos being honest and the photos were nice but we kept taking photos of the children, and me and my husband were dressed to impress. We were thinking that we were gonna be taking pictures together because we are the adults and it’s Valentine’s Day but we kept getting pictures taken of the children and a lot of family pictures of us altogether. I felt some type of way, so I kind of distance myself because my discernment was very very strong so I informed the photographer that I didn’t feel comfortable with her Constantly taking photos of the children and us as a family instead of letting the adults take pictures alone She stated that she didn’t know that we wanted to take the pictures together She stated that she didn’t know she usually would do that, but she wasn’t paying attention so there seem to be some frustration in the room that we were waiting in because my son was giving popcorn by her and he went over by the lights and he was kind of touching the lights. I was trying to pick out my photo so I was not Aware that he was touching the lights so she kind of moved him from the lights and I had My Husband to make sure he didn’t go back towards the lights because I Didn’t want any problems and I didn’t want to have To pay for anything extra than what I already had paid for. So after we take our pictures, I had already paid $156 before hand, They had 156 days before I actually took the pictures so they gave me this iPad and told me to save the pictures that I wanted by putting a heart on them so I was doing so but I had a family of six and everybody was getting irritable and tired so she sent the pictures to my email so that I can hear the pictures that I liked well I ended up clicking like 23 photos and as I clicked them, they were saving to my phone I will send this message at the bottom saying that I will only get five photos of the $156 that I had already given them they told me that the pictures that I did choose will be an additional $150 and then they informed me that I wasn’t supposed to download the photos which you shouldn’t have had them on their available to download. You should’ve informed me of that so I get this message down below and then I told them that I hadn’t printed anything out So where do I go from there and then they asked me what pictures did I wanna choose when I was already told that they’ll send me an email regarding the pictures that I had chosen. They did not send me an email. They told me it takes 5 to 10 days to come back is miscommunication misunderstanding. Seems like there is some scamming for extra money going on and it’s kind of weird in there to me. It looks like A set up for money, money, money run you can get pictures somewhere else for a better price and they were good at what they did but is not worth the money that you will be paying with them. You’ll end up paying a car note by the time you leave out of this place I hope this helps you.

This was my first time booking with GEAUX create for the Santa and me experience. Santa was great!!! The photographer was kind. Unfortunately I do have some negative feedback. I felt it was a bit unorganized. We didn’t start till about an hour after our scheduled time. I think they possibly over booked, not sure. After we selected our photos the photographer informed us it would only take a few days for the photos to be edited. This was November 30. Two weeks went by and I emailed to ask when could I expect pictures. A response was sent saying that other sessions photos were taking longer to be edited and they apologized. I did not receive our Christmas digital photos till December 23rd. I was not able to do with them what I wanted but the pictures did turn out good. I will not book again bc lack of communication at the beginning, prolonged time to wait, unorganized, and lack of responding to text to accommodate me by not being available for photo pic up at the time given. It wasn’t a horrible experience but I’m big on organization, professionalism, and making a client happy. So I would definitely not recommend.

Geaux Create in Baton Rouge was such a great experience! The photos came out so cute, and the atmosphere was really welcoming. The photographer was kind and made us feel comfortable the whole time. There’s even a dressing room right when you walk in for getting dressed and doing last-minute touch-ups, plus extra items like lotion and hair accessories in case you forget anything. Our experience was definitely one to remember. Thank you, Geaux Create, for allowing us to make such special memories!

I recently rented the studio for a client photo session, and I couldn’t have been more impressed! The studio was spacious and equipped with top notch lighting and backdrop. The booking process was easy and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this space to fellow photographers.

Geaux Create Studios is a phenomenal location that I will continue to bring my clients to! Marian is so helpful & makes sure everything is set up and taken care of before I arrive. Highly recommend to any photographers who need to rent out a studio !
