Agent Oscar should be fired. Couldn't answer whether they will do a component level repair for a broken USB c port on a laptop. The entire time I was on the phone with them they were completely deflated and uninterested. I get it, computer repair isn't everyone's dream job, but while you have a job you need to remember that your actions speak for the company you're representing. As for the hiring managers, AI can substitute the majority of hard skills these days. Don't hire and fire anyone that isn't going to represent your brand well. Oh! Basic accessibility issue exists in your prerecorded call directory. All menus MUST include the numbers so that assisted users can key in the number or use other technologies to select the right option.

Was Building my own pc and couldn’t figure out some of the cord connections. Instead of kind of dismissing me and saying I’m doing it all wrong, they gave me a quick explanation with everything. They were super respectful, very knowledgeable, and incredibly punctual. They said it’d take 5-7 days and it was done in 4 days. Overall incredibly amazing, the only downfall is that it’s a bit pricey. Expect to spend anywhere from 100-500 depending on the type of service you’re looking for. It cost me ~ $200 for a diagnostic review and hardware installation.

Tried to charge me 279.99 for screen replacement because they told me I had 3rd party screen. Got it replaced by a Apple specialist and they told me this wouldn’t be a problem. Apperantly Geek Squad can’t do the repair and they want me to spend an additional 279.99.
