Jordan W. and Guillermo helped me get my google screen back the way it was originally. (Somehow, the screen was changed - possibly an update). I'm not terribly computer literate and frequently need assistance with my computer. (Unfortunately no grandsons locally to help me out.) I don't like changes and the techs at Geeks on Site have been helping me stay on track for several years. This old gal highly recommends their service.
Today turned out to be a success due to the excellent and persistence of service from the Geeks On Site team. My computer on which I rely heavily for all financial and scheduling functionality simply decided to stop working properly grinding along at a pace that makes a turtle appear to be a Kentucky Derby champion. Although it was a substantial effort of several hours to fix, the process for the client (me) was simple. I had to call the geeks on site number, explain the problem and they went to work without any subsequent comments or effort on my part. The computer was fixed in a matter of hours. The team called me back when it was ready to be checked and we were not finished until I had finished testing to see that the computer was again functioning properly. My sincere thanks to Jordan, Clinton and Annie and all the Geek On Site Team. Great job!!!
I have used Geeks On Site several times over the last 20 years or so. They are incredible. I always use remote and my computer has always been safe with them. And they are incredible at finding and repairing problems. I don't have to drop off my computer and lose it for days or weeks. Love Geeks On Site!!!
