I just had to share my fantastic experience at Gem Car Wash in Mascot today! I brought my black HRV in for a clean, and the level of customer service provided by the boss, Mr. Singh, was truly outstanding. He's a top bloke—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on ensuring the customer is happy. He clearly takes immense pride in his business and in treating his patrons with respect and care. It's refreshing to meet someone who understands that great service is just as important as a great wash. The service was swift, thorough, and my HRV looks absolutely brilliant, but it's Mr. Singh's friendly and professional demeanor that really sets this place apart. I highly recommend Gem Car Wash to anyone in the area. If you want a sparkling clean car and service with a genuine smile, this is the place to go. Excellent service from the team — very professional in both their work and the way they communicate. A big thank-you to the guys who did a fantastic job. My car hadn’t been used for about six months and was parked under a tree, so you can imagine the condition it was in inside and out. These guys did an exceptional job bringing it back to life. Highly recommend them.

Great service! Personally met the owner - I urgently needed a car wash before a trip and went to the Waterloo branch just minutes before closing. The owner personally called the Mascot branch (which closes later) and rebooked me there. Super nice person, and the car came out spotless clean!

Gem Premium Car Wash, Mascot is fabulous! My car is spotlessly clean inside and out. All the beach and walking debris, odours of carrying pets and bags of recycling bottles has gone. In every way the service is perfect. They are friendly, kind and take care to do a brilliant job. On top of that, the location is perfect - in the car park below Woolies so I did our shopping whilst the car was washed and cleaned. I’m very happy indeed! Thank you.
