This was an interesting experience. My wife and my sister went in there, wanting to get matching jewelry. The moment they walk in, it was not a warm welcoming feeling. The manager immediately started referring them to the other store around the corner, and I don’t know what the heck is going on. they wanted to get matching 14 karat gold with charms It was disappointing. I hope you guys are not struggling because of that Manager because she keeps referring customers to other stores. They felt very patronized when they walked in there, and I don’t know what that’s about.
