Needed to replace bathtub faucet from leaking. It was looking like I would need to replace the surround on my tub because of old style fixtures and molding on the surround. The guy had the same type fixtures on truck, which normally would take a couple of weeks to get in, as I was also told by another company. Had job done that day. The guys did a fantastic job. They explained everything they were doing and even saved me some money. I would highly recommend.

We had a FANTASTIC experience back in 2023 with Taylor Heating when our furnace decided to retire in the middle of winter. Not only were they only place out of 5 that actually answered their phone, they showed up fast, got us a quote that was very manageable, and got the work done fast. Flash forward to 2026, our water heater decided it was also ready to retire. (20 years for the furnace, and 23 for the water heater - not bad). We didn't bother trying any other company. I sent in a request via the online form and had a phone call back and an appointment time scheduled within an hour. Chandler was our tech on Wednesday - he is AWESOME!!! He is very personable, he answered all of our questions, and worked to help us get the best deal. He was able to replace the water heater the same day, so we didn't have juggle a bunch of appointments - super fast and efficient. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Gene Johnson team to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship, manageable pricing, and top tier customer service.

Eugine and his crew did an amazing job. We had some challenges early finding the 84 year old water line, and getting the drilling machine on site in time. It showed up later in the day and they banged it out. My wife said the water was only off for about an hour. Super happy we called them again 👍
