Jordan and Garrett were absolutely wonderful! They helped me & my boyfriend out so much. It was our first time here & it definitely won’t be our last. 10/10 recommend if you’re in the area & are looking for a friendly gym environment!!

College Athlete on winter programs and this placed had all the things that I needed to ensure my success for the winter. It was clean, staff was nice and supportive, and a great environment to focus on your health. Shoutout to Garrett for getting me in here and helping with the experience.

Let me start by saying Miss Parker and Alex are more than just valued employees, they are some of your greatest assets to your ward parkway Genesis team. I had a few issues upon arrival with checking in and they both worked diligently to make sure that I was able to get signed in and able to use the facility. I will be recommending this location to any friends who ask which gym to use. Thank you again Alex and Miss Parker for going above and beyond in making my experience an enjoyable one.

This gym is by far the worst of the locations I’ve been to. The equipment is outdated and the locker has what appears to be mold spores in several areas. I know they are working on the mold in the ceiling as that is recent water damage, but the spores in the locker have been there for months. Update: 4 months after my online review they updated the carpet and the appearance of mold. Equipment is still subpar.

First time in the place since the remodel I’ve the years and I must say wow. The service I received at the front counter was nothing like 24 Hr Fitness. I believe her name was Lisa and her coworker Jose. Greeting me with a smile and had full of energy. Gave me a little motivation for my workout for the day and really made me feel like I was back at home and never left. Awesome customer service will def bring me back. Felt like home again and I was right back with family
