I witnessed concerning behavior from a Genie Pool employee while waiting in the Chick-fil-A drive-thru in San Jose. Despite the staff working efficiently, this individual repeatedly honked impatiently, creating an uncomfortable scene for everyone around. If this is how they conduct themselves in public, I’d be hesitant to trust them with service in my home or business. Professionalism matters—even off the clock.

Bought a brand new pentair pool walker and it died out of the box. Pentair sent me to another service provider who did not bother to respond. 180 degrees different with Genie. They were responsive and got the walker fixed in good time and installed it for me without needing me to be around etc. Seamless. Lucky for pentair they have at least one good service provider. I would recommend Genie Pool but would hesitate to recommend pentair! I forgot to add: if you get a chance, have Sergio fix your problem for you. He is friendly, helpful and keeps his commitments, which makes the whole process of working with Genie so easy.b

Two years ago my doctor told me I can’t clean my pool anymore due to my back. I called places and they all had an issue of me having dogs. I found genie pool and spa and Have used them from 2 years to present. They maintain my pool and spa. I also had them do some work to upgrade my pool system. I have been very pleased with them and they keep the pool and spa extraordinary. The staff is amazing. They are super friendly and always there to help with questions. I have a set day as well which is awesome. Another plus they have no issues of anyone owning dogs. I highly recommend genie pool and spa.
