Writing this about my experience BEFORE seeing the quality of the work. Kevin is the real deal, a down to Earth, customer service oriented person. You can tell he cares about your vehicle as if it was his own from the first call you have with him. I live in northern Minnesota, in a small town about 2.5 hours away from Winnipeg. When I first called in late August to see if I could possibly get my truck detailed the next day when i planned to be in town, he explained that they usually book out at least a week in advance. I totally got it and decided to wait until October to make the trip. Mid September Kevin called me to see if I still had plans on coming up and letting me know his schedule. We settled on October 11th. I had no idea this was Canadian Thanksgiving but he put me in the books and we talked about what I needed to be done to the truck. We talked about what I needed done to the truck and he quoted prices and described exactly what they do for each service I needed. My truck is going to be a challenge. Ive had it for almost 3 years now and out 72k miles on it with a dog that sheds horribly in it. Last summer, I got stuck on a two labe road behind a road repair crew that was hot patching the road leaving loose tar/asphalt in their wake. I could hear my tires pucking it up a few mikes before i got to the work crew and was happy when I finally got past them since my truck is white. A few miles after that patching crew came the line painting crew. I kept my distance and found a safe spot to pass thinking that I had avoided any paint they had put down only to find some yellow dots on my vehicle when i got to my destination. In top of that, the inside has seen 3 years of hockey travel: dog, food, drinks, etc. I clean it occasionally but it is not in showroom condition by any means. So that is what I dropped off to Kevin last night. I almost felt guilty with how much work i know it will be. Kevin told me not to worry and that it would look better than new when I pick it up this evening. I wish I took before pictures so that i could post both before and after but I forgot to. Hopefully Kevin does becasue this truck will be a testament to his company’s work. This will be a big job, but after my phone calls with Kevin and meeting him in person when I dropped it off, I know it is in good hands!

Rejuvenated my 2017 with the cut/polish, interior/engine detail and a 2year ceramic coating package special. Kevin and his staff are very great at customer service and helped me with any concerns. Definitely happy with my almost brand new looking Santa Fe Sport! The free pick up & drop off option with purchasing the ceramic coating was very convenient as well.
