10/10 highly recommend! I talked to several different lawyers prior to this group, and just didn't get a great vibe. Georgia auto law made it easy and effortless for us to go through the process. On March 21, 2022, I was involved in a severe and traumatizing accident. I chose Mark Wade’s law firm because of the glowing reviews, but my experience has been far from what was advertised. According to the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct – Rule 1.15 (Safekeeping Property / Trust Accounts), if a client requests it, the lawyer “shall promptly render a full accounting” of how funds were handled, including settlement amounts, attorney’s fees, expenses, and medical bills. Despite my repeated requests, my attorney refused to provide me with this breakdown. A year after my accident, I was still receiving medical bills, with no clarity on what was actually paid out and what was withheld. When I asked for a full accounting of all bills, costs, and deductions — both what the doctors took out and what he took out — he never sent the documents. In my view, that failure to provide transparency was not only unprofessional but collusion and fraud. It left me feeling that I was dealing with a bad faith attorney who had “dropped the ball,” even though he denied doing so. High ratings mean nothing if a lawyer won’t follow the very rules meant to protect clients. Imagine getting pay only 8K after such accident and having to call your attorney to inquire about why you are still receiving medical bills. He definitely dropped the ball WILL NEVER USE THIS LAW FIRM AGAIN.
