My experience with Georgia Sports Physical Therapy could not have been better. I was having serious pain issues in my left high hamstring and glute from a running injury with a marathon just a few days away. I was really ready to cancel. I saw Lamar on the Wednesday when he diagnosed and corrected some serious pelvic alignment and muscle issues. He got the pelvis aligned and released trigger points manually and with dry needling. Already much better, he gave me some exercises to continue to improve at home. Then on the Friday, Makayla checked everything out and gave me thorough and very effective trigger point releases and massages of all my running muscles. What a difference. On Sunday I ran the marathon. PR, 18 minute BQ and 1st place by 8 minutes in my age group, from being barely able to run just a few days earlier. I am so thankful for their efforts and expertise.

Dr. Lamar is fantastic! While physical therapy isn't pleasant in general, his friendly demeanor makes it tolerable. And most importantly, he gets results! By coming to regular sessions as well as doing my home exercises, I was able to avoid having shoulder manipulation and recover my range of motion.

Lamar is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He gets to the root of your issue and is great at explaining what’s going on and the course of treatment. He only suggests another appointment if it’s necessary. By far the best physical therapist I’ve seen in Atlanta!

Dr. Frasier is an exceptional physical therapist who combines deep expertise with genuine care for his patients. He quickly identifies and addresses the root causes of pain or limitation, and his treatments are both highly effective and personalized. Unlike other PTs I’ve seen in the past, he truly listens to your concerns and tailors the plan accordingly. I especially appreciate that he focuses on a few targeted exercises that deliver lasting results—no endless lists of routines that take hours at home. Thanks to his thoughtful approach, I’ve seen great improvement and feel confident in my recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Frasier and wish him continued success in helping others achieve the same results.
