Our 3500 ram had gotten hail damage. They had it fixed and back to us in 3 days. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable would recommend them 1000 times over

S Park Street location has amazingly kind and hardworking employees. They also did great work. I had positive interactions with everyone there, and the manager definitely was a team player— putting in long hours to keep up with the high demand after hail struck our area.

State Farm told me this was the highest rated auto body collision in my area. I was skeptical at first because of the reviews but when I started communicating with it went well and got the quote asap and scheduled for the repair the same day. They finished a day early which was a shock to me and was very satisfied with the results and my car looks brand new! I would definitely recommend to everyone.

Didnt have particularly good luck with my visit as my bumper change out became a bit more complicated and took significantly longer than expected. Mostly because of the type of car I drive not because of business incompetence. After a short time of frustration and speaking to the manager she gave a much clearer reason as to why they needed to hold the car longer then originally thought. Overall she was very understanding and was able to clear out the situation. Kudos to the manager i spoke to

Gerber Collision was the absolute best! Holly, Holly, and Jay were all kind, helpful, and genuine professionals. I've heard horror stories about body shops so I was surprised that the team at Gerber was nothing short of amazing. 10/10 is not an exaggeration. They had immediate availability for an inspection and started work on my car sooner than I had ever heard of anyone getting repairs done. I was able to upload pictures to get an estimate on the job and didn't even need to bring my car in until they were ready to start work on it. Once they had my car, they immediately gave me an estimated date of completion (which they beat by 4 days!) and they updated me frequently as my car passed through each stage of repair. Over the phone, over email, and at their brick & morter location the team at Gerber were friendly, fast and professional. When I got my car back it looked better than it ever did before my incident; they had even cleaned it thoroughly before returning it to me. I was so excited to drive it off! I will recommend this location to literally anyone I meet that needs body work done on their car in Madison! Gerber blew me away!
