This has been by far the best experience I have had when having body and paint work done. Brain got my truck in and out less then a week after replacing and painting my rear quarter panel. The communication was great on everyone's part inside the shop! I love finding places that can do high quality work with great customer service. I will stay loyal to this shop for my future needs. I highly recommend them!

Within five minutes of my first visit I knew I wouldn't be going anywhere else for my auto needs. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy, they were a breath of fresh air after some underwhelming service experiences elsewhere in town. They do an excellent and thorough job at an incredibly fair price, and do it with a level of transparency and integrity that seems harder and harder to find these days. It's apparent, both based on other reviews and what I witnessed first hand, that these people care about their clients and take pride in their work. If you haven't yet, please visit here first the next time you have needs, big or small. You will not regret it!

1000% recommend to anyone with a foreign car. Everyone there will absolutely take care of you. Super nice people and especially Hunter, took care of me and my vehicle. Very clean place, even the maintenance Bay area. Prices are definitely cheaper than the dealership. There’s a reason they have a great rating on google.

I'm not typically someone who leaves reviews, but this one is completely warranted. While passing through Louisville, we encountered an unexpected issue and stopped at this shop. From start to finish, the experience was phenomenal. This is hands down one of the best European auto shops I have ever had the opportunity to work with. The staff were professional, well-educated, and genuinely helpful. They didn't just take a quick look; they conducted a full, thorough inspection and clearly explained the issue. There was no guesswork or upselling, just honest and capable service. The repair cost was very reasonable, especially considering the work and expense involved in fixing the Mercedes. They truly made an effort to get us back on the road. And I'll say this: whether you have a European car or any car whatsoever, I would wholeheartedly recommend this shop. They are honest, reliable, and genuinely care about what they do.
