I went in today to get my finger sized so I know what size ring to buy and the older lady with black hair who helped me, looked annoyed, and I asked her if they sized fingers for rings and she said I guess, we really don’t do that. I never write reviews but dang your store is empty and you couldn’t spare 2 minutes to help me size my finger?

I am SO happy that Denise has returned to Gertrude Zachary. She has been SO helpful to me over the many years I’ve shopped there. Aside from being very professional and knowledgeable in regard to the beautiful jewelry there, you can feel the passion she has for her job. She has even learned what my favorites are and contacts me when something new arrives. When I think about Gertrude Zachary Jewelry, I automatically think of Denise. I really feel that the store would not be the same without her. I look forward to shopping with her for many more years♥️

Amazing high quality jewelry. The staff is normally Amazing. I personally only work with Vince, he's wonderful, so helpful, and he's knowledgeable. It's a must visit store.
