This place needs a good revamp ! Exposed wood and missing padding were big concerns . The foam pit was fun for the kids but those foam squares have seen better days. Pieces of foam and fluff everywhere. The lady behind the desk kind of just looked at me while playing in her phone when I asked a question about prices for parties . My kids had a blast and we all loved the variety of things to do. Pity that equipment and have gone by the way side. I was looking to do a party here but I am wondering if it is a good idea

What a fun place for those who enjoy jumping, turning, or flipping! The other features are also interesting and challenging. Thank you!

Upon arrival the front desk clerk was very short, rude and not attentive. She kept talking to someone else while “taking care” of us. At first glance it looks nice, but it is small compared to other trampoline parks. I do like the fact that the parents can roam up top on the black part freely. Not all trampoline parks have that. Most make you have a spectators wrist band AND the special socks. Although, that being said, it is not the cleanest environment. I’ve been to MUCH cleaner. The main reason why I gave this place such a low rating is because of the NOISE! Oh no, not the noise of children having fun and the music…. THE MASSAGE CHAIR ALARMS! We were sitting there thinking the fire alarm was going off. I asked the same clerk that was “helping” us before about this and she gave me an odd look. She said “that sound is the massage chairs going off. If people are sitting in them and not paying for a massage then the alarms will go off” and then suddenly i kind of realized why this girl was so rude and seemed to hate her job. Because let me tell you!! If I had to hear that sound all day I would go nuts. The workers do not enforce anything about people getting out of them if they are not using them. And the alarm will just keep going off! Some are louder than others. It was incredibly annoying, especially if you are more sensitive to noises. Otherwise my son had a decent time. He spent the majority of his time playing dodgeball. We will not be visiting this location again…

I called the night before Easter 2026 and was planning on taking my daughter to the egg hunt and nieces. Was unsure off height was told to measure them in AM. I showed up to find out no egg hunt next day. Other cars in parking lot. Get air was empty. Advertisement on Facebook and disappointed kids. Left message that I only bought ticket for this event and we showed up and no one at location advertised online. Yet employee day before told me would be open for event. Left message and complained about experience day of and no call back 4 days later.
