I recently visited Urban Air and was extremely disappointed with the level of service and attraction availability. We purchased the most expensive Platinum tickets specifically to have full access to the park, but upon arrival, we found a significant portion of the rides were "temporarily closed." The issues we encountered included: Widespread Closures: The VR attraction was closed the entire day, and most of the Platinum-level rides were unavailable. Inconsistent Timing: We were told a specific ride would open at 7:00 PM. It didn't actually open until 7:15 PM, only to be shut down again by 7:40 PM. Early Shutdowns: Even the trampoline sections were closed off early. Despite the park's posted hours, staff began instructing everyone to leave the few open trampolines 15 minutes before the actual closing time. It is unacceptable to charge full price for top-tier tickets when a majority of the attractions are non-functional. If staffing or maintenance issues prevent the park from operating at full capacity, there should be a clear discount or "weekday deal" offered to guests upfront. I have attached photos of the numerous "closed" signs as proof of our experience. I would strongly recommend checking for ride availability before paying for a Platinum pass here, as you may not get what you paid for.

Prob the worst trampoline park I’ve ever been too. Same price as flight and flight is so much cleaner, larger and overall a better park. I thought I’d give it a try bc it’s only 5 min away but flight would have been worth the drive. Cleanliness is def an issue here.
