The gym was nice but cleanliness is gross. I’ve seen someone’s nose ring be on the floor for over a month. I doubt the staff vacuums or disinfects anything. People there workout barefoot and observing the same crap on the floor for months and the thought of people’s athletes foot being spread around is so disgusting to think about. Not sure how the place would hold up during a health code inspection… Switching gyms for this reason and many other reasons some other reviews have been truthful about like the parking lot full of pot holes. Also, I asked another girl a question about something that seemed to have been too complex where she replied “I don’t know I just work here”. The leader needs to train the staff about cleaning, customer service, and simple knowledge about the facility. Your staff is a reflection of your leadership.

Owner of Get Fit gym, Please fix the AC in this building also the parking lot. It had massive pot holes. Additionally, please have your employees to make sure all of the concept 2 row machines, SkierGs, and bikes have wokrong batteries in them. Some of them don't even work. I'm for certain you are aware of these issues. Lastly thr front desk needs to be st the front desk at all times to assit us what with what we need help with. I don't want to go looking for them. At least have 2 of them there in case one has to go to the bathroom. am I paying my gym membership for if I can't use the machines when I want. Considering going back to ELEV8 Gym.
