I ordered a nativity set on October 31, 2025, to be sent to my home in the US. I received a notice that they received my payment and that it was shipped. I have yet to see the nativity set. The Australian Post sent me an email that I could pick it up in Sydney. That's not helpful, I'm not there. I have tried calling, emailing, etc and have had no response. In fact, both email addresses I have used say they can't receive emails at that address and their website has no phone number. (I tried to call a neighboring store to get it.) I don't know what to do next.

Ordered shoes in the 7/12/25 for a Christmas gift, wasn’t sent by the 15th of December, after 3 calls ensuring that they had been sent and changed to express shipping, still not sent as of the 9/1/26, dishonest business and lies to people off their back in hopes that people forget about what they’ve ordered.

Ordered online from the website. Emailed and cancelled it a week after reading the reviews here. True enough, have not received a response. Trying to get my money back through other means.

Nice place with a very wide range of souvenirs, from original artwork and driftwood kitchenware to kitschy magnets and touristy t-shirts. Slightly pricey, as one might expect from an artsy souvenir shop, but nothing too outrageous. Paintings by local and indigenous artists are a definite plus, as are the hand-painted knick-knacks, musical instruments, purses, and animal toys. Since we overheard multiple patrons asking, this shop doesn't have gums or drinks, nor does it have a loo.
