They’re absolute jerks, I don’t know how they have a business. They should learn how to treat their customers whilst they still have any…

They charged me an extra $10 for two shoe pins that I did not order at the store checkout. I did not notice until I left the store. I have tried ringing them and emailing them about it but there was no reply. Please be vigilant and check you're being charged the right amount when you purchase. Luckily I was able to sucessfully dispute it.

I ordered a nativity set on October 31, 2025, to be sent to my home in the US. I received a notice that they received my payment and that it was shipped. I have yet to see the nativity set. The Australian Post sent me an email that I could pick it up in Sydney. That's not helpful, I'm not there. I have tried calling, emailing, etc and have had no response. In fact, both email addresses I have used say they can't receive emails at that address and their website has no phone number. (I tried to call a neighboring store to get it.) I don't know what to do next.

Everything was perfectly normal, a well-stocked shop. The cashier could be a bit friendlier, or at least not so brusque, but I suppose everyone has an off day. Overall, a good shop.

Good place to buy souvenirs. Variety and fair price.
