First of all your approach in your reply already tells a story about your customer service mindset. You mentioned that I was in the store for 45 minutes to purchase only 3 items, not like you guys have a time limit or can decide how many items I can purchase, but as you can see from the attached phots time stamp I wasn’t even in your store at 13:04pm when this photo was taken outside and my receipt shows that I purchased 13:27 because I did not even spend more than 20 minutes in your store. And as I informed you I needed to return the magnets because my friend already purchased magnets without letting me know and I was going to keep the shot glass I got. So according to your “customer service” I still count as a customer as I wasn’t returning my entire purchase and I was very clear explaining what I meeded to return and why. And also I don’t think you have the right to decide on your customer’s behalf on when or what they’d like to change even if I’d spend an hour in your store. Also there was no screen, I was handed a POS where I can tap my card to do contacless payment so never even seen a screen and the cashier who was helping me asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes but apparently was only provided a merchant copy and no receipt. I was never rude or condesending just asked for the refund policy as I haven’t seen one in the store and as I have the right to do so also it wasn’t printed in my merchant copy. So for you to reply with saying that is generally how it is in Australia is not changing anything. It is unbelievable for you to come and reply with such incorrect accusations but I am glad you did so people can see it as well. Very disappointing, you should look into your approach when you are in retail and customer service space.

Such a cute shop! They have a bit of everything including cute mugs, fun jewelry, neat boomerangs you can use and so much more. Everywhere I turn I kept seeing more things I wanted to bring home. Must check out store!
