I ordered not realising my recipient was away. I was contacted and offered options to ensure gift was delivered upon return of recipient. Fast, friendly and efficient service. My recipient collected the gift on return and was very happy with the gift. Great service.

Could not be happier with my experience. We are in canada and wanted to send a gift to our friend in Brisbane. The website was easy to navigate and the delivery was quick. They called to let our friend know where they left it so it would stay safe until she was home from work. My favourite part was the card...I put in a special request for a picture of her favourite animal on the card (not really expecting it to happen) and they went above and beyond! Such an amazing attention to detail and reliable, lovely service. I will be using them for any future gifts I need to send in the Brisbane area! 13/10 amazing experience.
