My first time at this salon and I am so excited to go back. The front desk coordinator was so helpful and welcoming. He helped me confirm my nail designs and just overall was so kind. As a whole I loved the salon but my nail tech is who really solidified the experience for me...KEN!!!! Ken saw my nail vision and MASTERED it. His attention to detail, creativity and patience with me made for an amazing experience. THANK YOU KEN!!!!!

I got my nails done as a walk in, and got sat quickly and my nail tech, Christine, was great! She did an awesome job and worked on getting my nails the right shape (I like a very short nail). I will definitely be back!!

I’ve been looking for a salon that has reasonable gel-x prices. This salon has it, and they are professional, fast, and friendly. I’m always greeted by someone and there is a little wait. I try to make an appointment online but walking in is always a breeze. They make sure you are comfortable while getting your nails done. My nails have come out great each time! I’ve been to other salons where my nails were not how I wanted, but this salon tops them all. I have definitely found my new go-to spot.

Alice did such an amazing job! On the search for my wedding day nails. Previously went to another salon but once I found Gilbert Nail Lounge I had very high hopes and Alice did not disappoint! Every thing I mentioned wanting she made sure I was happy with it. Can’t wait to go back! Had to add more beautiful nails done by Alice!

AMAZING!!! Clean, relaxing, everyone was so kind and helpful! Christine did a gel polish change for my fingers and toes. The care and attention to detail she showed was beyond measure!! Easily one of the BEST experiences I've had at a nail salon! I'll 100% be back. I need to experience full mani/pedi here! Thank you for making my nails so pretty! 😍
