I was involved in a RTC on 09/12/2024 which was not my fault. Gildeas Solicitors acted on my behalf regarding injury compensation. Sophie McGuiness dealt with my claim from beginning to end. I have never been in a situation like this before in my life and had no idea regarding the process. Ms McGuiness guided me through every step from completing the paperwork, the medical and was very patient and understanding with the many questions I had. I live on an island off the West Coast of Scotland and everything was done remotely. I have recently been given payment for my claim which I am very happy with. I highly recommend GILDEAS and Ms McGuiness went above and beyond in advising, guiding and listening to me. In the first instance Chelsea Dobbin was extremely helpful and kept me well informed on the case. Then it was passed to Danny Thomson who was also extremely helpful. In fact all the staff were there every step of the way x no complaints here

Patience and professionalism from Jennifer throughout the process was greatly appreciated. It took almost 2 years but that was to be expected, and as a mum with kids and working full time I wasn’t always the fastest at responding to emails so again, I appreciated the understanding with that.

Very helpful, Sophie kept me well informed. Whilst the process is quite slow (always is with dealing with third party) Sophie sent updates when she got them. Claim was settled in the end and I was happy with the outcome.
