We had our wedding at the Timber Barn and absolutely LOVED the food! The tasting was in March and we spent the rest of the year excited to get married but more importantly to have the delicious food again! A great selection of familiar favourites with a modern twist in a beautiful presentation. All our guests complimented the food all night!

We had our wedding last weekend and the food was absolutely amazing! We’re still thinking about our wedding dinner — that’s how good Gilt Catering was. We had guests stopping us between courses just to rave about it, and more than a few people told us it was the best meal they’ve ever had at a wedding.What impressed us just as much as the food was how effortless the service felt — the team was friendly and totally on top of everything without ever feeling rushed or intrusive. Dietary requests were handled gracefully and discreetly, and everyone at the table felt taken care of. Gilt didn’t just “cater” our wedding — they created a dining experience. We chose Gilt Catering as our wedding caterers and were blown away by everything. All the food was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully. So many of our guests have told us how much they enjoyed the food at our wedding and someone even said that was the best piece of chicken they have ever had! Having good food at our wedding was important to me and my husband and they did not disappoint for anyone! We chose to include a day of coordinator for our wedding day and Sarah and her team were outstanding. Having someone who kept us on track with deadlines and helping us create our day of itinerary was extremely helpful. Sarah and her team brought our vision to life and everything looked stunning. We cannot express how grateful we are to the Stella Collective and Gilt Catering for making our wedding day perfect.

We hired Gilt Catering for our wedding and we were not disappointed! This was some of the best wedding food I’ve ever had. Our guests love their dishes! We upgraded our main option to the steak and they were sooo juicy! The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. They came up to us the bring us drinks and make sure we were having an awesome time. They also went out of their way to save us some of the passed canapés (we didn’t ask for this but it was sooo kind of them). They worked with us so well and really are amazing at what they do. They offered us a full gluten free menu - with lots of options. Thank you so much Sid for being an amazing organizer 🥰 we really can’t recommend enough!

We were fortunate enough to book GILT catering for our intimate wedding reception. Sophia was great at communicating with us throughout the process. Her and her team were very kind, professional, and warm the day of the reception. The food was also fantastic and all of our guests were very impressed. I would recommend GILT catering to all of my friends and family. Thank you for making our day even more special.
