OUTSTANDING BEST IN THE VALLEY Never have had any furniture reupholstered it was very concerning to us to find a trustworthy professional company. Well we did the owner and all front office people were extremely helpful and believe me we asked a lot of questions which did not bother anyone in fact they were extremely helpful not knowing if we’re were going to use them for our project. We did select this business to recover our sofa recliner. Fabric was explained throughly by Giovanni himself and we did select what was best for us. They picked up our sofa a few days later and we knew approximately how long it would take which was fine with us. My wife had a concern about the back of the sofa we called the office and we’re told as soon as they started the job we were welcome to come in to see if what they would be doing was satisfactory to my wife it was. Just before they finished the job we were welcome to come in and approve what they had do it was outstanding. They delivered the sofa before the due date. The delivery persons were also outstanding. IF WE EVER NEED SOMETHING ELSE DONE WE WILL DEFINITELY COME TO GIOVANNI’s.

They made good after a supplier’s mistake. No fault of their’s but they stood by their guarantee. Price was ~30-40% less than other quotes.

They reupholstered our dinning room chairs.... completely. New support webing under the seat, all new padding. We even had them refinish the legs to match the table. We've really liked these chairs for over 15 years. Frames were good but everything else was worn out. We couldn't find anything we liked as well, and on a recommendation from a friend we decided to try this option. Now we have a couple other items we will likely do the same to. I've posted the after pictures. The before pictures are just too embarrassing
