A++ architect. Greg and his team do amazing work, but also work very quickly. Their designs are not cookie cutter like most that I see. They have designed some really awesome looking homes and businesses. They've also been a huge help in dealing with permitting and making sure everything is moving smoothly. Can not recommend them enough. If you're considering them for your next project, do it.
