Glass City helped me quickly and when i needed them most. When I called for a new furnace they came out to give me an estimate the next day. The price was perfect for my budget so I asked them to install and they came in the next day and knocked the job out in 3 and a half hours.

Had a fairly complicated job for a residential space. Was a high rise industrial building converted into lofts. Furnace was in the drop ceiling. Replaced furnace and AC unit. Easy to work with and scheduled the job right away. Would definitely use these folks again.

Glass City HVAC has been a good company our family has had the pleasure of dealing with since becoming homeowners. In the 3 years we've used them we've found them to be polite and trustworthy. One of the things they do very well is keep a running history of your furnace. They keep notes, share their notes with you, write notes on the furnace itself. Everyone involved is in the know on how the furnace is doing. This might not seem like a big deal but our previous HVAC company didn't do this so we have no history of carbon monoxide readings from before three years ago on that particular furnace. (I believe we had the other company for 3 or 4 years before we first had Glass City come by.) Recently we got our furnace checked up for the fall and the CO reading was too high. Because of the detailed history Glass City HVAC kept along with other fixes we knew a new furnace was coming in the near future. We could see the trend as the CO got a little higher each fall. I didn't feel like I had to just take them at their word because the technician would show me on their handheld detector the actual CO reading each time we had it checked up. Scheduling, installing and payment for the new furnace was pretty seamless and was done just a few days later. They are on time or early for the most part. I believe only once they were late because they were finishing up with another job beforehand. Overall, we would recommend them if you are looking for a trustworthy HVAC company.
