It was nice. It's part of the Metro Parks now. I was down there with a group of people, volunteers. We were cleaning up Glass City Metropark. It's a new big park in the Metropark system. Enjoy your Parks.

Great museum. Very interactive. A lot of videos that go along with the readings and pictures. They also provided a stylus so you did not have to touch the multiple screens throughout the museum. They have also placed artifacts with in the museum as well as on the large cargo ship you can also walk in and explore as part of the museum.

Toledo Skyway Marina is located at 1701 Front St, Toledo, OH 43605 in the Marina District just east of downtown Toledo. It's a very nice, well maintained and clean marina (with clean restrooms). I occasionally use their transient docks overnight while visiting the events in Promenade Park. It prevents me from having to take the half hour ride back to my marina in the dark. If I weren't an avid angler I would dock in the Skyway Marina, however to get out to the open lake & then on to my frequent fishing spots, it could take up to 45 minutes to an hour, it's not economical nor practical for me to dock in downtown. It's my belief that most boaters who dock at the marina are pleasure boaters who like to hang out downtown for the concerts, fireworks, restaurants, etc. If I ever decide to give up my passion of fishing, I'll be docking downtown at the Skyway Marina.
