Extremely satisfied with their customer service, professionalism, and knowledge. I live in California and was struggling to find an optical shop in network with VSP insurance. I came across Glass Optical and they had the exact frame I wanted and were able to communicate with me over my glasses needs, even thought i’m not local. Brina was particularly helpful with my order from start to finish! My glasses arrived ahead of schedule, packaged nicely, and came with a nice handwritten thank you note - great little touch! I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

I wish I found them sooner!! They have a stunning collection of eyewear and the staff and doctor are truly so sweet! They make you feel so welcomed and have passion in what they do! All of they are awesome. Grateful I found the coolest eyewear shop and doctor in Dallas.

First time visiting, they had a variety of amazing glass frames and their customer service was top tier. My assistant Marilyn was very kind and has a great eye when it comes to flattering glasses (as someone that doesn’t like glasses that much) Dr McDaniel was amazing and answered all my questions that I had. Check in was easy and quick and honestly I will be back to order glasses as soon as possible.

What a great experience from the moment I walked in. Very warm reception from all the staff and beautiful office. The selection of frames were stunning. Dr McDaniel was very calm and patient. He answered all my questions and had a great demeanor. It was an A+ eye exam!

I first visited Dr.McDaniel in 2021, but due to insurance coverage I was unable to continue under his care. But that didn’t stop me from recommending friends and family to his practice. Yesterday was my first time back in his office and it was an excellent experience as always. Dr.McDaniel is truly an expert in his field, he continues to stay up to date with different studies and technology to support his patients’ health. I always leave my appointments with a better awareness and understanding of my eye health. Dr.McDaniel’s knowledge and expertise lead to a helpful discovery for a family member’s health and we are FOREVER grateful to him for it. Very happy to be in his care.
