The Valeter came out to my address to wash my car. The wash lasted under one hour and I booked a Full valet on a seven seater also an engine bay clean. This is down for a 2.5 hour clean. Once he left and we went over the car properly, we noticed that part of the Car wasn’t washed or hoovered properly . Also, the plastics on the vehicle are now damaged due to the cleaning product that he used on them and leaving stains. I Called the Valeter back and he kept putting the phone down on me. Spoke to gleamers they assured me I would have a free complementary clean but still waiting as they cannot make the Valeter come back to do. I wasn’t aware this was a franchise because I used this in the past and was very good. Would not use Eva again.

Got 2 cars done on the drive, both cars supposedly got a full valet in just over a hour. Water marks and streaky glass and dashboard and plastics wiped with a wet rag leaving dry streaks, I’ve used gleamers before to remove some paint residue from my car and the service was brilliant but this fella even reversed my car into my bay window and said nothing, rang up to complain and was told they wasn’t in position to issue a refund because he only answered the phone, I never asked for a refund. So still waiting for the manager to get back to me but not holding my breath, local car wash would do a better job than what this fella left, so I won’t be using them again and I would advise anybody to give these a miss.

I could not compliment mark and Bradley enough for the amazing job they did on my car. Although it is 18 years old they made look brand new. My son had spilt a bucket of plaster in it and we had made quite a few trips to the tip with spilt and dirty rubble a few days previous but there is absolutely no sign of any muck, dirt or even a mark to show what I have used my car for. Full marks to both lads for a fabulous job 💯 well done 👏 ✔️
