I can't recommend this place more. I am so glad I switched over from my old vet all those years ago. They care about the animals that come in. The best part I feel is they don't try to keep charging you for unnecessary tests and I feel like every time I go in. They do what is needed and don't go beyond in the way of charging for outrageous things. They definitely do thorough exams. Both my scottish terrier, scottie and my west highland terrier toto are treated there and I trust them fully.
Don't walk run from this veterinary office IMO. My experience has been horrendous. Here's what happened, and I have the screenshot to prove the pricing part attached. I bought my wife a newfie puppy, following the advise of the breeder I looked for a vet with a puppy plan. I found this vet with the attached plan pricing. I called to schedule the appointment and while scheduling the appointment I asked about plans for my 2 year old dog Luna. I ended up making an appointment for both of them. That way Severus could get his puppy care and Luna could get her updated vaccinations and stuff as well as screening and heartworm treatment. My brother went with me to the visit. I was told while there a different price for the puppy plan and I said, that's not what it showed online and asked the staff to try and resolve the issue and proceeded with the appointments. After the appointments were done I was told that the pricing was because of a website update and that they apologized for that. I told them they should still on it and they simply said "sorry". While at the visit they said my Luna Lovegood was healthy as can be and to wait for test results on heartworm before giving the meds they gave me for prevention. I did just that. They called a bit later and said she was good. So we started her on the med. After she developed a rash nothing crazy seemed like hives, that went away, as well as diarrhea and eventually bloody diarrhea. Over the weekend of Sunday the 18th of January, I noticed they were closed so I looked into another vets office but they quoted me like 1k plus to see what was going on. Having no choice financially I waited til Monday when this vet was open and called and explained the situation and asked if fecal testing was in my plan and was told yes that I needed to arrive by 5pm though to drop it off. Me and the wife arrived like 427pm or so to deliver the fecal from both dogs for testing. We explained again to the front office staff that we were concerned for Luna Lovegood and that we needed to get everything in the fecal tested we can to try and rule stuff out and we were in a hurry on it. She told us the turnaround time. I was so frantic I accidentally knocked a stack of cards of the desk. Today having no call back yet, I called to follow up. I was told the vet was out yesterday and she probably needed to still review the results. But best to see if we can get her seen as a fill in visit. A few hours no call, so I call again to see and I'm told they called me. My caller ID didn't show this so not sure. But the lady says we can get her in at 130pm to bring fecal for testing. I said we just did that and inquire as to why again? I'm told after a brief hold that the other test didn't test for all that was needed as weren't aware of any medical issue ongoing. I said that's impossible and asked to speak to the vet. The vet came on the line and I explained all of this. She immediately dismissed the pricing issue from the 1st visit saying maybe I had old pricing, that the pricing hadn't beem updated in months which is different from what her staff had told me and my brother, and then she basically just downplayed my legitimate concern as to why the testing wasn't more in depth stating that "if all that was advised to do was run the fecal exam that was included in the package, then that is all that was requested". I explained that's not what happened with no profane language and no yelling. She said I was arguing with her and hung up on me. Update 1/22/2026 after response from co. I called your office after finding the $325 plan after a Google search in December of 2025. So if your web developer failed to take that down again not on me. I can share my search history and if you want you can listen to the recorded call from my 1st inquiry. There was and is sadly no accountability on your companies part. As to fecal sample I had just done one for this issue 1/19/26. My concern was that I was told "it was not a thorough test as the office was unaware of an ongoing medical issue". Not true they were told in depth.
Didn’t have the best experience I was hoping for. I’m not too sure if my boyfriend and I have high standards from our last vet back in Austin. First thing we noticed was they had several dogs and our cat in the same waiting area. Besides that, when we took our cat back we discussed all of the issues including wheezing, coughing up blood, and stomach issues. We were dismissed on these and it went straight to a $500 quote. My boyfriend had to remind them to check her ears and reemphasized lungs again. I thought this was apart of the wellness. We mentioned that her wheezing is not a frequent thing or seasonal. It’s an everyday thing. We kept getting the same response that cats usually have allergies often and it’s normal. We kept telling the vet and the assistant that this is not an often situation. It’s an everyday all day thing. Our last vet gave us recommendations and we did so which is why we were following up. Every time we emphasized our concerns it was dismissed and it went straight to dropping money. There were also no nourishing moments with our cat during this experience. They didn’t take the time to let our cat get comfortable with them or the room itself. They told my boyfriend to stop giving our cat a treat before the wellness exam, and they did not let our cat get comfortable. Our last vet nourished our cat with a warm towel, rubs, treats, you name it. The nicest thing that came out of the visit was the receptionist. This vet seems predominantly dogs from all the advertisement there and the vibe itself. Unfortunately, we did not feel comfortable dropping money here for the experience from start to finish. We will be seeking another vet that’s more nourishing.
The sweetest most caring Vet we’ve encountered in quite some time. I’ll definitely ensure our babies come back for care. Another satisfied ruffstomer 🐾🐶
I love our vet! All three of my animals are treated with love and care. Even my highly reactive dog who struggles to make friends. They are able to schedule both my cats at the same time, are reasonably priced, have personable and friendly staff, and have always consulted with me before doing anything to make sure I’m okay with the service and the price. Plus, we love visiting Delilah.
