GREAT experience at Glow Day Spa! Since I'm in San Francisco for work, the convenience of getting both my hair removal and facial treatments done in the same studio was needed. Yen was personable and constantly checked in with me, making sure my treatments were tailored to my needs and that I was relaxed. The studio's location was easy to get to on the bus line, and afterwards, I was able to walk around Union Square.

Terrible experience - the owner is so rude. My lashes were empty in less than one week after she charged me $170 and was itching really bad.

Conveniently located near Union Square. Yen offers a clean comfortable day spa. I had an Eminence product facial and brow wax. Yen suggested the lash curl! So I did it and loved the results. Full curl of my own lashes which will last 6-8 weeks! I love it. Yen is skilled and gentle. Frequency asking if I was ok. The spa is clean and comfortable! If I were closer I’d have Yen give me a lip blush. Really trust her.

I made a last minute appointment for a lash lift and it was so great! I really appreciate the ability to book a day or two before an appointment. I love my lash lift and the process was very smooth. Yen is the sweetest. She's very careful and informative. The bed is super comfortable, and the music/fountain is wonderful and makes the setting relaxing.

Yen did my lash lift and tint yesterday and I really enjoyed our conversation, she’s a lovely person, but the lashes didn’t turn out as expected. I think she was disappointed as well because she didn’t take after pics and said that I should come back to re-lift in a month. First pics are how my lashes look after glow day spa. Last pic is results from a different place I went to a few months ago. I know my lashes CAN perm to be very lifted, but I guess something about the technique yesterday was off. On the bright side, I was fairly comfortable the entire time with minimal burning. But I didn’t like that the lashes were removed from the pad before tinting because the tint got everywhere and required a lot of cleanup. You can see a tint smear on the side of my eye still.
