We have had 3 individual sessions roughly every 6 weeks since Christmas. The difference in Harley has been amazing and our world is opening up since working with Gerard. His knowledge and clear communication makes it easy to understand where we have been going wrong. Hopefully a couple more sessions and we will be exactly where we want and it would never have been possible without Gerard’s help. Just wish we had started sooner!

I had my 1.5 year old pointer in for a 5 day intensive training with Gerard and it has made such a difference. I was struggling a lot with general control, leash work and reactivity. I found her to be very difficult but Gerard had her calm and obedient in one day 😂 I highly recommend booking in with Gerard if you are struggling with your dog! Life changing!!

Gerard had my Labrador for a 6 week board and train. Today was the handover and I can’t thank him enough for what he has done in just 6 weeks. She’s is a completely different dog. Walking on and off lead is now so pleasant. Went from having little to no confidence in her being off lead to feeling in total control. Even her behaviour in the house has improved so much. Anyone considering asking Gerard for help don’t hesitate. He has a wealth of knowledge and is the man to train your dog. Thanks again!

Since August 2025 Gerard has been helping us with our 2 year old cocker spaniel, who was showing a lot of nervous reactivity and aggression. Over the last 8 months, Gerard has provided us with the tools, strategies and support to help our dog become far more confident, happy and settled. Gerard helped us through one-to-one training sessions at our home and out in public spaces. He helped us to understand our dogs triggers, how to retrain him, and how to manage these behaviours moving forward. When we first approached Gerard, we were really worried that we might not be able to keep our dog because his reactivity had become so difficult to manage. Now we have a much happier, more confident dog - we can enjoy having our dog again - and this simply wouldn't have been possible without Gerard. We can’t recommend Gerard enough ☺️

Could not recommend this trainer enough!! Brought my prey driven, reactive rottie for a session and advice. I honestly would’ve never thought my dog would be neutral out on walks, ever! We recently had our working Lab Leia in for a 3-day intensive training course with Gerard, to work on her lead walking and manners. The transformation in her in just 3 days has been amazing - she no longer lunges at every passing dog and can walk calmly beside us. Before seeing Gerard, we would have avoided most short lead walks, but we now feel so much more confident being able to walk her in busy places. What stood out the most was the extremely informative handover. Gerard made sure I was comfortable handling Leia myself, and answered my (many) questions - even advising on how we can improve her behaviour in the house and visiting the vet. Overall I would highly recommend Gerard!
