I paid 200 on two items and one was on final sale so couldn’t be returned that’s fine , for the other they said they can only return 13 dollars as they don’t return any discounted dollars .they are a scammers with sale products do not buy anything from their sale sections or when on sale

I bought a dress from online. I discovered they took postage twice from my paypal account. I showed them my bank statement as a proof that they charged twice. They kept saying they took only one postage charge regardless my bank statement. They refused to give me a refund. I am very disappointed how they handled this incident. Never again I will shop with them.

Went to this Goelia branch yesterday after visiting their other store on Pitt St, since the staff there mentioned this one is bigger and has more collections. It’s true, this store is much larger and has a wider range, which I loved checking out, even though I had just bought two items from the Pitt St branch. When I entered, the store was kinda dark, well presented but I couldn’t see any staff (or customers — guess it wasn’t their busy period) until I got to the register area. One staff member greeted me, and I told her I wanted to try a specific dress in a bigger size. She went to look for it. While waiting, another staff member (a bit younger than the first, also chubby) approached me, not sure what was going on, but she didn’t seem very interested in helping. She asked what kind of outfit I was looking for, pretended to help, and then slowly walked away😂 Totally different experience compared to the Pitt St branch. I ended up trying two dresses, but they didn’t suit me, so I told her I’d just stick with what I bought from Pitt St. She just said “okay” with idk kinda judgy and annoyed too. Before I left the store, I said, “Thank you for your help, have a good day.” But she didn’t even look at me or say anything back. Not sure is she’s mad or what😂😂😂 Overall, I definitely prefer the Pitt St branch, the staff there are much more professional, attentive and friendly. This store might be bigger, but the customer service could really use some improvement.
