My husband and I were staying in town and while we were packing up, the neighbor next to us started talking about his Rolex that he bought at Gold & Beyond and how accurate the appraisal was and the price and the Customer Service there and recommended that we stop in there which is located next to the Golden Steer restaurant…. I was amazingly surprised what a clean and high-end luxury pawn shop this was! Things were displayed behind glass and kept very neatly. Big Mike welcomed us and he is very pleasant to talk to and professional and showed us a necklace. We talked about it on the beginning of our drive home and within a a matter of minutes, we decided to call him and buy it. It was a positive experience. He gave us a great price and we feel really good about our purchase…. A few days later I shopped the website. I was curious to see what was online and found a purse that I liked. I decided on it and it arrived with an authenticity card and dust bag sleeper. It arrived just as stated, and it was carefully wrapped so nicely and Big Mike boxed it and shipped it 2 day air. We definitely will be stopping back in when we travel to Vegas and I will buy again online as well. It was fun going to the store and I look forward to being there again and seeing big Mike it will definitely be one of our regular stops… My husband and I felt that he has a lot of integrity and value to his character and we appreciate that so much and it made our buying experience that much better so we tell you without hesitation to go check the store out and ask for big Mike.. he not only will be our go to salesperson for our wants, but consider him a friend too! Thank you Mike for taking care of us. I Highly recommend Gold & Beyond pawn shop all your high luxury wants at an affordable price.

I was treated like royalty as soon as I entered the door, provided with complementary water, every employee was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Derek was very accommodating offering to come back in on his day off to ship my purchase at a very affordable cost if needed. The no pressure sales atmosphere was wonderful to be in.I will definitely be coming back for in store purchases and monitoring their online inventory.Thank you.

This store has very nice luxury items and beautiful jewelry. Big Mike was especially helpful when I was looking at some of the jewelry. He was very kind and he also gave me a great price on what I wanted. I would highly recommend coming into this store and seeing him for any help you need with an item!
