I recently had my X5 repaired at Gold Coast BMW Bodyshop and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. A special thank you to Abby, who went above and beyond to assist me. She organised the rental car, liaised with the insurance company, and kept me updated throughout the repair process. I picked up my car today and am extremely satisfied with the result. Huge thanks to Abby and the entire Bodyshop team for their professionalism and outstanding service!

Everything was perfect I’m horrible remembering names sorry but the young lady at the front desk was lovely I asked for some touch up paint and for for two marks on my bonnet to be buffed out whilst being repaired The body shop manager and one of the boys who I believe worked on my car were so helpful and made sure my car was well looked after They didn’t charge me for buffing out the marks and paint My son who is in the industry said the boys did a really good job matching the paint with no over spray visible Thank you and even though id like to say I hope I don’t need to see them again, if the need did arise I would be straight back and nowhere else Thank you team

Well I must say the repairs that were completed on my BMW’s were nothing short of incredible, to be honest they are as new! I have nothing but Trust, Faith & Respect for Jon and the team, Hopefully next time some Karen Deb or Nancy smacks into my car and doesn’t leave a number I know where to bring my cars. Any negative reviews from these guys would be fabricated BS! I genuinely could not be more happy with the final result. Between you folks and the service department Colin the super star advisor & Aayush “the super star technician I’m covered and have nothing but faith in you all. Hopefully upper management will actually appreciate you and treat you all with the respect you all deserve. Thanks so much for your help over the past years, you have all kept me coming back and kept me loyal to the brand! These folks have so far repaired 3 of my cars and obviously I’m very happy, hopefully people will stop smacking into my cars 😆 Cheers Steve.
