Selling our investment property we’d owned for 9 years needed to get us maximum return in line with the market. I had 1 RE company ring back and launch into a 15-minute barrage of how wonderful they were. Sickening. Then David Jones rang. He connected, ask us what we wanted to achieve and sort to find out our history and why we were selling. His genuine interest, thorough analysis and clear outline of how he operated inspired confidence. We discussed price. I knew immediately he was up to speed on the market. And he did not try to undersell, by telling us on first offer, ‘It’s probably the best we can get…’ like too many agents do. Most impressive was the enormous respect and consideration he showed to our tenants. They were great people and they deserved this.
