Honestly I am so grateful to have been recommended to you Cam - it has been literally life changing. I have spent thousands of dollars and experienced 3 years of chronic pain that has all now magically (not really but you know what I mean) gone away!!! I have my life back, I’m mobile, I’m walking, I’m fully committed to my rehab plan and working out in your gym and loving the classes w Zach and because of all this I was able to get a puppy. I don’t say it lightly, LITERALLY life changing and I thank you and the team from the bottom of my heart 💜 Keep fighting the good fight there are many others out there like me that need your kind well balanced support for mind body and spirit!

I’m so grateful to have met the team at Gold Coast South Rehab. Laini the receptionist is so lovely, welcoming and helpful, and Zach is without a doubt the best Physio I have ever worked with. He is so positive, motivating.. and as long as I also put in the hard work, I continue to improve. He is also very empathetic which is so rare and allows me to share openly my pains, feelings of failure but also celebrating every win, no matter how big or small.

I’ve been seeing Victor for many years for my back, neck and knee. He is efficient and very knowledgeable and is the only specialist I’ve seen who always has me leaving a session feeling better than when I walked in. He always gives great exercises and stretches too so I can maintain the progress by myself. He’s highly experienced and it shows.

Cameron was highly skilled and genuinely caring. He not only attended to my injury providing same day relief but gave me a simple exercise to do that would strengthen as well as offer prevention for a relapse. I would highly recommend 👌
