I have worked with Attorney Gold now for over a year regarding a DUI case I was involved in. Called Attorney Gold, and we discussed my case. It was my first time getting in trouble with the law and I was terrified to say the least. He calmed me and mentioned having to put work in and that would include daily AA meetings and three character letters. He continued to check up on my progress and communicated any updates on the case on a weekly basis. This experience was difficult but I am glad I had attorney Gold by my side. My outcome was great considering I was facing 6 months in Jail due to the severity of my BAC and accident. He came with me to court and fought for me to have the following; Reduced fines, no jail time, 3-Month DUI Schooling, no community service. All of the above was allowed by the court because of the work Mr. Gold had me complete. I truly don’t think this would have been the case without Attorney Golds guidance and support. I would 100% recommend him to anyone facing this. He is honest and straightforward; do the work and have a chance at a better future.

Calling Attorney Jeff Gold the day after my second DUI was one of the hardest phone calls I’ve ever made. I was scared, ashamed, and fully aware that my actions had put me at risk of very serious consequences. Jeff stayed on the phone with me for nearly an hour, listening and being very direct. He reassured me that we would try to work through the legal side of my case, but he was clear from the beginning: nothing would be handed to me, and the outcome would depend entirely on my willingness to take responsibility and do the work. From that first conversation, Jeff was the only one communicating with me checking in, setting expectations, and holding me accountable. He was stern, but for a reason. There was also a deeper, almost spiritual aspect to his guidance; it’s a reminder that if I truly wanted a different future, I had to live differently. I genuinely pray that I never drink again, because alcohol led me to decisions that were not aligned with who I want to be. If you are facing a DUI and want an attorney who is honest, demanding, and deeply invested in a long-term change, not just short-term legal results. I would highly recommend Attorney Jeff Gold. It happened again. It was 9 years later but it happened. I was facing a felony charge for my second DUI within 10 years. This time though I rear ended another vehicle with passengers inside. Thank goodness I found Jeff Gold to help and represent me. The guiding hand I needed to prove to the court that I had changed for the better. Jeff will get you great results, but he will give you excellent results if you take an honest approach to fixing a drinking problem, not a driving infraction. Getting me access to AA courses and alcohol monitoring right away, he helped show the court my best intentions and efforts. He was able to provide the court with a better image of me as I tried to show my regrets for drinking while driving. Success! My charges were reduced and I will be expunging them in 3 years' time! No jail time! No felony! I will get my license back in a year which is minimum, considering the original charges! Fantastic working with Jeff and I see the future ahead is bright and things are finally clear. I feel honesty and goodness again. Thank you Jeff!

I have worked with Attorney Gold for a year now regarding a DUI case. It was my first time getting into any trouble with the law so I felt extremely scared and disappointed to say the least and knew I needed guidance. Luckily, I found Attorney Gold, from day 1 Attorney Gold was there. Weekly checks in and updates on the case if any and always available to answer any questions. Attorney Gold will have you put in the work, daily AA meetings, 3 character letters (personal, business, physiological) but it will favor you in the end. This experience has been difficult and challenging to say the least but I know it will never happen again. My outcome was favorable. Reduced fines, no jail time or additional programs. (HAM, etc). I am extremely relieved and grateful for this outcome. I truly don’t think this would have been this case without Attorney Golds guidance. I would 100% recommend him for anyone going through this. Jeff Gold is the lawyer you want to represent you!!! He’s tough on you but for the better. Constantly keeps in touch with you about the case or any updates and any questions you got he answers professionally and in a manner that any simple person can understand like myself. He’ll get you on his program that at times seems like a lot but well worth the effort. He constantly checks up on your progress and encourages you or gives you a nice kick in the behind to get on it…again, well worth it. His program works!!!! He’ll instantly get you doing AA meetings and get you to get letters from people to make you look human and that a DUI does not define you. We’re all human and we all make mistakes. When the time came to see the judge, he was impressed by the letters and the AA meetings already done that one of the charges was dismissed. Also because of the hard work already done, the judge was a little more lenient when it came time for the sentencing. I blew a high BAC and Attorney Jeff was able to get one of the charges dismissed, no jail time, the bare minimum fine, reduced AA program(by 6 months) and a reduced ignition interlock by half the time. Jeff also handled all the DMV stuff which would’ve also stressed me out. Definitely recommending Jeff to ALL with a DUI case.
