Buyer beware! Our job was completed in winter 2024 and we are still pursuing the company to resolve outstanding issues resulting from the work at our property to no avail. They are aware of the issues, but refuse to take accountability nor act on warranty despite the project invoiced being paid in full. The major issues we are attempting to resolve include: Improperly sealed roof vent resulting in interior water damage, damage to our property caused by an untethered power saw falling from our roof during install, failure to seal eavestrough corners as per contract leaving dangerous conditions on our driveway, and improperly installed and aligned eavestroughs causing water to bypass and pool at the foundation raising concerns about potential foundation and water intrusion issues. Notable, but less significant, the job was significantly delayed— workers were scheduled to come several days and did not show up or showed up late for only a couple hours, including not being available for the delivery of materials and install did not take place according to original plan. Customer service and professionalism has not been a strength from Parshin in the aftermath during our attempts to resolve the matter by phone and Jason refuses to make direct contact via phone nor attend at the property to rectify despite our several requests over the past year.

I had an excellent experience with this company. Jason came out just a few days after I first reached out to inspect our roof and review the scope of work we requested. He was polite, knowledgeable, and never pushy. During the inspection, which he conducted using a drone, Jason noticed some exposed wood on our roof. He arranged for Luis to come by the following week (delayed slightly due to bad weather), and they had everything patched up within an hour. Jason also provided a detailed estimate for additional work. The proposal was clear and professional, including the company’s accreditations, WSIB compliance, insurance details, and a line-by-line breakdown of the work. It made everything easy to understand. Communication was fantastic—they responded quickly to all my messages. Overall, I’m very pleased and would absolutely recommend this company to friends and family.

In my case it was a special experience when they corrected a leak that for so long others failed to identify properly.
