My wife made an appointment with Carlos and he did a wonderful job. I have given up on Tring to find a groomer that would actually show up or not take 8 hours to 2 days to get my dog groomed. Every place we try does it good the first couple of times and then you just spend all day waiting on people that just won't show up or a brick and mortar that makes a 9 am appointment and at 5:00 pm the dog is not even groomed. Carlos was on time and took his time as well. My dog has never looked or smelled better. Thank you Carlos. I'm going on the website right now to get monthly groomings if we can assure it is Carlos that come to do the job.
