Came here to get a pedicure the lady says to pick out my color so I am then she calls me back over to type in my number when I stood there she never asked for it then so I typed it in then went back to picking my color didnt even get to look at them because I was rushed back to my seat. The lady starts taking off my polish and is on the second foot when she tells me it will be an extra 5 dollars to take off my polish I informed her it was regular polish not gel she continued to argue with me then when it came to paint them they had no colors I picked she continued to make comments about how it was because I chose regular polish instead of gel. I told her to pick the color then she came back with 2 colors I didn't want i just said to do white. She messed up my big toes and they look clumsy at the back and she said her final comment before she finished "I like gel because there shiny" I should not be pressed into getting gel if I dony want to its my money and my time i don't want gel and I dont want to pay for extra stuff when u didnt do a good job to begin with I will not be back.

Update to review: After having such a great experience for pedicure, I tried the nail services and unfortunately was not as great. 10 days after paying $60 for a gel manicure the polish has chipped. Have another appt scheduled at a different salon to fix. WOW WOW WOW!! Thank you so much for such a wonderful pedicure experience. From start to finish, Natalie did a beautiful job on my gel polish and massage. I will be back!

Don’t be deceived by the good reviews. My nails are glued to my skin and one nail broke within 2 minutes of leaving the salon. I went back immediately to see if they could provide a partial refund. Thy offered to fix the issues, but I was running late at this point and didn’t have time for them to redo a significant portion of my nails. I also could not come back soon because I live 45 minutes away. I requested a partial refund for half of my service only, which would’ve come to $25. They offered $10 which would’ve been equivalent to the tip I provided, but I felt that was an unfair resolution and let them know I would be leaving this review. My nails are breaking, glued to my fingers in many places and are now bleeding from where I am trying to separate the glue. I did notice that there was something under a nail before I paid, and the tech told me it would come out with washing at home, so I hoped it wouldn’t be an issue. However, now that I’ve had more time, it’s clear that it was hardened dip that will not come out easily and is contributing to my nails being stuck to my skin. For context, the whole experience was less than ideal: My sister and I went on Saturday, February 28, 2026 to get a set of gel nails for her and a set of dip nails for me. When we walked in on time for our 4pm appointments, my sister was rushed to pick a color and pressured to select from a couple colors the nail tech showed her to hurry her along. I was given a tiny selection of dip to choose from and then sat down to wait 10 minutes before my nail tech came to start my manicure. I did attempt to resolve the concerns I was having as she did the nails but I kept being reassured that it was just part of the process. It really wasn’t until I left the salon and a nail broke immediately that I fully realized the extent of the poor service. I will be looking into disputing the charge with my credit card and provide the information in this review to show the issues. This is definitely a first world problem, but I am so disappointed to have paid so much ($130 total) for such a disappointing result.
