Golden State Property Management is hands down the best property management company my roommate and I have rented through. Unfortunately, we had to move due to the owner of our unit selling it. However, throughout our time renting from them, Sandy and Lucy were always incredibly professional, helpful, timely, and kind. It's rare to find a rental situation where the property manager truly cares, but that's what we were lucky enough to have with this company! Especially Lucy, who was very compassionate and helped us a great deal during our move-out. I highly recommend renting through them if you have the chance.
Excellent management group. Sandy and Lucy, the property managers, were respectful and informative. 1230 Pedro st. was an excellent apt. and was clean and private. Neighbors and manager were amazing under all circumstances. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a pet free environment.
We rented a home through Golden State Property for two years and had a great experience throughout. The property was professionally managed and the team was consistently responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance issues were addressed promptly and with care, which made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. We truly appreciated how smoothly everything was handled and would confidently recommend their services to others.
We had a great experience renting a house through this company. The communication was clear throughout the entire process, and the check-in and check-out procedures were smooth. After we completed all the cleaning requirements at the end of our stay, we received our full security deposit back without any issues. It was a very professional and trustworthy experience, highly recommended!
So after 10 days of wasting time I can tell "you will be dealing with disingenuous people in the Golden State Property Management who doesn't have the slightest regard for your time". My horror story went on like this: I applied for 923 Live Oak Drive, Santa Clara on 01/07. Our credit screening and eviction report came clean on 01/09. Didn't receive any update after that regarding my application till 01/10. Called here and spoke with George, he said he needed to verify the employment. He had been doing God knowing what till then. He emailed my supervisor and immediately got a confirmation. I texted him and didn't receive a response on 01/10. Fast forward to 01/13, I had to call again to follow up as they will never call you back about anything. It was then that I was able to talk to Daniel (property manager) and he said my application had been approved and he is offering me the apartment. But he never offered me the apartment. I have been calling them for three days now and they are playing squid game with me. Stay away!
