Picked it up my suit that I altered. They fit perfect after alteration. Person working with me was really great and charged reasonable for quick turn around. Will be using them again for sure. I recommend for others if you want good service this is the right place.

Ruined my sports bra. I brought in a sports bra to be altered. They took off 3/4" too much. The guy behind the counter is to blame. Do not let him do your measurements! I brought in a sample of exactly what I wanted the other sports bra to look like. He loosley measured the band against the other band and put a safety pin in it. I asked him twice to use the measuring tape. He said he didn't need to bc he put them side by side. I asked him if he wanted me to leave the other sports bra so they would know exactly how much to cut off. He said he didn't need it he marked it w a safety pin. I pick up my bra today and they cut off over 3/4" too much. The bra is ruined. I will never be back. Just noticed they sewed the strap on wrong too so it's twisted. 🙄

I brought Irina at Golden Thread quite a challenge- a difficult hem on my mother of the bride dress. She spent time looking at the way the dress is tapered and figured out a way to unstitch and rework the lines of the dress. to make it fit my height. She worked her magic and the dress fits perfectly! Thank you for excellent work at a very fair price.

Golden Threads saved me! My pageant dress arrived late and they were able to hem my dress quickly in time for my competition. I placed 4th runner up and am so grateful my dress was perfect (and that I didn’t trip!). Thank you again so much!! I will definitely return for all future alterations!
