The service provided by this company didn't satisfy my expectations completely. I’d say the majority of the project was completed nicely. However, after noticing a discrepancy on the project I contacted him to have him return and finish the job. He told me he would return the following day to complete the task and fix the discrepancy. This was bothersome mainly because he had told me he had completed the work and was very insistent on receiving payment even though he did not provide photos to show the completed work as I had requested. I provided a 3 day grace period because I can understand him being busy however he never returned and the project was never fully completed. Another issue I had is that he was very persistent about letting him work on my roof when I explained that I wasn’t looking to have that serviced. I didn't want this company doing any additional work on the property, if they couldn’t even complete the first one they had been assigned. Considering the overall expressed completion of the project, I provided the 3 star rating. It wasn’t horrible just unsatisfactory. I will not be using this company again.

Hi guys, recently we’ve had some damage done by this company but we rent and don’t own this house, the owner sent his own people to paint the house originally and ended with them fixing the garage both the garage roof and house roof. They painted the house twice cause it was raining and they used horrible paint and it kept slipping off the house, they then painted both the front porch and the back porch without telling me and family and we we’re stuck in the house for 3 hours and to top it off they had to repaint it the next day cause the paint came off. And now there’s weird mold growing on the house. They decided to fix the garage door and gate and instead of putting a gate they put a wall and walled in the car and claimed the owner wanted a wall, we went back and forth with aroldo Gomez and he finally put the gate back but now it’s so flimsy that the door is falling open and there’s so many gaps that you can see completely into the garage. They fixed the door with a household door that barely opens cause the door doesn’t fit the opening and we need to put our body wait on the door to be able to close it. To top it off he put a padlock on the gate and kept the keys to both the door and gate for months and refused to give us the keys and when we finally got the keys we had 2 sets for both so we’re assuming that he made spares so that he could come back and steal from us and he completely forgot that he gave us a pair of keys already. They then went to the roof of the garage and it took them 2 and half weeks to finish it and while they were working on the roof they were drinking and constantly talking inappropriate, at the same harassing my sisters and mother every time we walked outside. Now to the house roof, they started it the same week that the rainstorm was rolling in and completely took everything off the roof and didn’t put it on hold until the rain passed, they didn’t cover the vents and other holes that were in the roof and completely flooded the whole house and broke a couple appliances and messed up all of the electricity so on Christmas Day me and my family were in a panic trying to stop the water. The rental company called the owner and had him bring the painters back and they finally covered the holes and they were trying to tell the owner we were lying about the damages but our rental company had sent a electrician to fix everything and he showed the owner all the damages that the painters had done. It took them a month to finish the roof all while the kids that were fixing the roof were looking up YouTube video on how to fix it and the other was on the phone and purposely slamming himself and things on the roof. We are now on month 4 almost 5 and they are refusing to leave our house and have left there stuff here like they’re squatting. They have harassed us, been completely inappropriate, have been unprofessional with their clean up and have broken a few of our things. I’m posting this so that people don’t use this company. I will be posting all of the yelp reviews of other damages that they have caused. To top it off the house is posted all over their website like they didn’t cause horrible damage.
